Hi guys,

We are excited about the 3W engine too!

3W are fully aware of the engines intended use!
I am currently working on the development of this engine for manned flight.

Hi Gorden,

The Max takeoff weight was changed as you say due to the more powerful engine.

The airframe itself is good for upto 300kg with the right engine and other small changes. A larger engine and other changes will of course put it outside the 120kg empty weight limit for Germany.

Hi everyone, Just an update on the issue with the oratex covering around the fuel tank. The wrinkling of the covering was caused by movement in the root rib of the wing. In production aircraft the fuel tank is slightly wider so acting as extra reinforcement to the root rib. So we are still 100% happ...

Thats ok Oliver its good to have just an interest. Hi Stephan, Well only having used the covering in England :lol: i cannot say to much about HOT and HUMID. My experience is that the covering does not slacken in the sun.
